These terms govern use of Virigear LLC website information, direct part-time interests, contact features and Virigear Parts Ledger. They explain the limits of equipment-reference descriptions and the separate decisions involved in a role inquiry or voluntary recurring marketing message program.

02 | Company information and direct opportunitiesThe website presents Virigear LLC and its own direct part-time areas. It does not offer outside staffing, third-party placements or affiliate jobs. A role description is an informational starting point for a company inquiry. Particular work arrangements and responsibilities require separate clarification before anyone relies on them as an employment commitment. |
03 | No engagement through a form aloneAn interest entry does not create an employment offer, guarantee an interview or promise selection. Role availability, compensation, working arrangements and any engagement must be separately confirmed with Virigear LLC. A form completion status is not acceptance of an application. Its choice is voluntary and separate from other website activities. Consent is not required for employment application or consideration, purchases or services. Both the first consent box and the independent review confirmation require an affirmative selection. |
07 | Message limits and ending participationUp to 4 messages per month may be sent by the program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help through an active service. Carrier and delivery conditions can affect timing and availability. Virigear LLC does not promise receipt of every message or uninterrupted SMS operation. |
08 | Privacy and audience boundariesRead the Privacy Policy for information about voluntarily supplied details and SMS preferences. Virigear LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists. A part-time inquiry and a contact message do not create marketing consent. Keep your number and preferences current when an enabled program is used. |
